Do you really buy property in any condition?
Yes, we do, regardless of condition or any repairs that are needed this includes damp, structural repairs, and any other specialist works that are required. We may opt to conduct further specialist reports on these issues. (They will be entirely at our cost)
What if selling is not the right option for me?
We will tell you that, we pride ourselves on doing the right thing and giving the right advice. We like to think it will pay off in the long run.
Once I have an agreed date can it be moved?
Yes, the date of sale can be whatever is best for you, and if it needs to change then we are happy to do our best to accommodate that. We understand when moving dates may need to be brought forward or pushed back a bit.
Why do you have a commitment to the buyer?
As a company we wanted to be different, so far, we are the only company that incorporates a commitment to the buyer as part of our sales contract. We feel it is important to you as a client to have a commitment from us and if we fail to uphold that commitment you are entitled to the compensation outlined on the agreement.
Will The Property Solutions Company be the buyer of my property?
In the majority of cases, the answer is yes. However, there are only so many we can buy at one time and from time to time we may ask one of our long-standing investors to purchase the property. If that is the case, you will be made aware upfront as per our commitment to transparency. We know many companies do this but fail to disclose this to the sellers.
If I don’t have a solicitor, will you get me one?
Yes, we will. We will even pay the fees for you on any solicitor we recommend.
Once I have agreed a sale with The Property Solutions Company (or any quick sale company) am I legally bound?
The simple answer is no, even a formal offer into a solicitor is not legally binding. That only happens when the missives are signed, or contracts exchanged. Rest assured though we would never go back on an offer that is with a solicitor. However, as the client, you have the right to change your mind.
